LTV Analyzer ("we", "us", "our") is operated by DataXia Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service at ltv.dataxiatech.com.

2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data
When you create an account or make a purchase, we may collect:
- Email address
- Payment information (processed securely by Paddle, our payment provider — we never see your card details)
- Billing country (for VAT purposes)
2.2 Uploaded Data (CSV files)
When you upload a CSV file for analysis, the file may contain:
- Customer identifiers (customer IDs — typically alphanumeric codes)
- Transaction dates
- Transaction amounts
- Optional: product categories or channels
Important: We do not require or request personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses of your customers. If your CSV contains PII, we strongly recommend removing it before upload.
2.3 Usage Data
We may collect anonymized usage data including:
- Pages visited and features used
- Analysis parameters selected
- Browser type and device information
- IP address (anonymized)
3. Your Data, Your Eyes Only
We built LTV Analyzer with strict data privacy principles. Regarding the CSV data you upload:
- Exclusive Access: Only the authenticated user who uploaded a CSV file can access it and its resulting analysis. No other user, and no LTV Analyzer staff, can view your uploaded data.
- Automated Processing Only: Your CSV data is processed entirely by automated algorithms. There is no human review, reading, or access to your uploaded data at any stage.
- Per-User Data Isolation: Every user's data is stored in isolated directories protected by strict, authentication-enforced access controls.
- No Data Mining: We explicitly do not read, analyze, aggregate, train AI models on, or use your uploaded data for any purpose other than generating your specific personal LTV analysis.
- No Employee Access: LTV Analyzer employees and contractors are technically restricted from accessing user-uploaded CSV files or generated analysis results. Production infrastructure access is strictly limited to systemic maintenance.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256 via Google Cloud.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Uploaded CSV files: Used solely to generate your LTV analysis. Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload.
- Analysis results: Stored for 7 days for you to download, then automatically deleted.
- Account data: Used to manage your subscription and provide customer support.
- Usage data: Used to improve our service and understand how users interact with the platform (only with your consent).
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded CSV files: Automatically deleted within 24 hours
- Analysis results: Automatically deleted after 7 days
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax law
6. Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party services to operate LTV Analyzer:
- Google Cloud Platform (EU region): Cloud hosting, secure isolated data storage, and automated processing
- Firebase Authentication: Secure user identity management and authentication
- Paddle.com: Payment processing and subscription management (Paddle is the Merchant of Record)
- PostHog (EU region): Privacy-friendly product analytics (requires your consent)
- Google Analytics 4: Anonymized website analytics (only with your consent)
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use the following types of cookies:
- Necessary cookies: Required for the website to function (session management, security). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Used to understand how visitors interact with our website (Google Analytics). Only set with your explicit consent.
- Marketing cookies: Currently not used. If added in the future, they will require your explicit consent.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

- Data is hosted in Google Cloud's EU data centers
- Uploaded files are stored in isolated, per-job directories
- CSV data is sanitized to prevent injection attacks
- We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the website.
